Nursing 411
So I stopped nursing like a month ago and I started gaining weight. It is hard to go from eatting extra to eating less. So anyways this week I wasn't happy about it so I worked out harder and tried eating better and yeah I'm back to an ok weight not my smallest but give me a little longer.

I so understand!! thats what happened when I stopped nursing Kaelyn. I am still nursing brookie for fear of the samething happening and need I mention she absoultley will not take a bottle!! sometimes I am in mommy he**. give me a call sometime so we can hang out. oh by the way we are moving AGAIN only to fullerton this time we really needed to be closer to work and a good school for noah. talk to ya soon
